Not sure how I feel about this...

By the way, I'd assume the Yoga portion is a bit of a SHAM because you're not really going to do a full Yoga workout/experience all within a little square area (trying to imagine doing floor poses on that elevated pad) ... I guess we'll see.

IMO: "Look Ma! We never have to go outside or interact with other humans ever again! We can stay inside and live in a virtual reality!"
As far as exercise, the best piece of exercise equipment anyone can buy is a good pair of sneakers.
Celeste - I feel you there. The more I watch this clip, the more I think, "Holy crap, it's nice you're off your butt and all, but if you want to exercise, go outside or hit a gym."
