I have a similar relationship with my church, which, being Episcopalian, doesn't have the pop culture rip-offs or poorly produced videos, but it does have problems of its own. It also has incredibly caring and wonderful people who are there for people when needed.Darrell Grizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01985769455812351926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7574234.post-66208195128666102182007-03-07T18:50:00.000-05:002007-03-07T18:50:00.000-05:00That so fantastically hit the nail on the head...That so fantastically hit the nail on the head...Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08348646515514731361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7574234.post-55944728260327525442007-03-05T22:45:00.000-05:002007-03-05T22:45:00.000-05:00Love. It's hard for me to imagine that he'd be into MegaChurches and the gold thrones some of them have.

I maintain that Jesus has gotten some seriously bad PR and 'spin' in modern days.Celestehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09166368099822446943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7574234.post-34657732005637915492007-03-04T23:08:00.000-05:002007-03-04T23:08:00.000-05:00wonderful reflection, yo. I was cringing in agreement with the first half and definitely identifying with the latter part as well. funny sidenote: two of my buddies in indianapolis work for a firm that goes after copyright infringing products and their top offender apparently is the christian t-shirt...ya know, like God'sway instead of Subway. Awesome. but, anyway, great post :)Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12868303070778378942noreply@blogger.com
